Chicago based real estate operators with deep expertise across acquisitions, asset management, property operations, and construction, the Altanrow Capital team brings both institutional discipline and entrepreneurial focus. We have led the repositioning of value add, workforce housing, and small to midsize multifamily assets throughout Chicago’s West and South Side neighborhoods.

VP at 29th Street Capital overseeing 19,000+ units, with prior roles managing $1 billion+ portfolios for Blackstone’s LivCor, and real estate consulting for Deloitte. Marcin Kania
Economics graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and managing broker/property management director of Exterplexy Real Estate and Management, LLC. Holds ownership interest in 40+ buildings and manages over 300 units across Chicago’s West and South Side neighborhoods.
Paul Miesarczyk
